Scholarship criteria
Eligible applicants must be planning to attend an accredited Evangelical Christian College going into any field of study. They must have at least a 2.8 GPA to be considered and plan to take 12 credit hours, or equivalent, per term and then maintain at least a 2.8 GPA and provide proof of enrollment as soon as it is available to them. Application must be accompanied by a letter of reference from school counselor, teacher, or a Christian leader, and an official or unofficial transcript of grades. It is expected that the applicant be involved at the Pendleton Church of God. Deadline for application is June 30th, 2021, and notification of award will be by mid-June. Award is for one year only, and will be capped at no more than $1,800.00 per year, paid directly to the school. Students would need to reapply for any additional year with a transcript of their grades and confirmation of their credit hours.
